Weapons and wheel bags are considered over-sized items and may incur a shipping supplement. We will contact you if additional charges will have to be applied to your order.

The shipping charge is calculated from a weighting factor (not necessarily the actual weight) for the total order.Delivery times are estimates, and some items make take longer for delivery. Shipping information cannot be changed once your order has been submitted.

Ground rates are only to the lower 48 continental U.S.A. states and take 5 – 10 working days in transit.

Returns & Replacements
All discrepancies are to be reported in writing within 10 days of receipt of the goods. Please send an email to alliancegear@gmail.com
All our products come with a 30 day guarantee if returned unused. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your merchandize, call or email us within 30 days of receipt of goods to obtain a Return Authorization Number. You will receive credit or exchange provided the goods are returned with original packaging in a new, unused condition. Please supply a copy of the invoice (keep the original). There is an $8.50 shipping charge on all exchanges, unless there was an error in your order that was our fault, or you received defective goods. We can not accept returns or exchanges on embroidery items, washed garments, discontinued or sale items. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Unfortunately we can not guarantee blades due to the nature of the sport of fencing. We will however treat each case individually if you feel you have a problem with any of our products.
Ordering
Our website accepts all forms of payment. Once you have decided what to order, you can select the option of that order and ‘add to cart.’ You can scroll up the page and click on ‘Shopping Cart’ to start the check out process. You have the option to checkout as Guest or as a Member. A Guest checkout retains only the shipping information of your order making it speedier for non members. We highly encourage you to sign up as a member, free of charge, to receive occasional discounts and advance order tracking and management. This allows you to manage all your orders, including returns and exchanges.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Full payment is due upon checkout. Once the funds are cleared, we will process your order immediately and send you a shipping confirmation link. Our website consist of many different pricing structures. For customers, we offer a very competitive retail price. For wholesalers, vendors and partners, we have exclusive pricing structure. You must be a member to qualify. Once you become a member, you will receive special pricing on our website based on your membership.
Viewing Orders
Once you have placed an order with us, we process them very quickly. You can see the status of your order inside your account page and we will send you a shipping confirmation link to tracking your order online.
Updating Account Information
