For Sizing:

Jacket: Measure your chest from under your arm pit. With that size add 6 inches. That will be the size you order

Pants: Measure the widest part of your hips. That will be the waist size you order

Underarm plastron: less than 30 inches chest = XS, Less than 34 inches chest = S, Less than 38 inches chest = M, Less than 44 inches chest = L, Above 44 inches chest = XL
